Daftar Inventaris Masalah Omnibus Law RUU Cipta Kerja Sektor Lingkungan Klaster Perizinan
Abstrak
Dalam Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja, salah satu sektor yang diatur adalah Sektor Lingkungan Klaster Perizinan. Pengaturan dalam sektor tersebut masih memiliki sejumlah catatan permasalahan. Maka dari itu, Daftar Inventarisasi Masalah (DIM) ini akan mengompilasi dan membahas berbagai permasalahan yang terkandung dalam Omnibus Law Cipta Kerja Sektor Lingkungan Klaster Perizinan, di antaranya ialah perizinan usaha berbasis risiko, perizinan berusaha untuk usaha berisiko rendah, dan penghapusan analisis mengenai dampak lingkungan (AMDAL) atau izin lingkungan.

Abstract
In the Omnibus Bill of Job Creation, one of the sectors that is regulated is Licensing Cluster in the Environmental Sector. The regulations within said sector still have several issues. Therefore, this Problem Inventory List (DIM) will compile and discuss various issues contained in the Licensing Cluster in the Environmental Sector of the Omnibus Bill of Job Creation, including risk-based business licensing, business licensing for low-risk businesses, elimination of environmental impact analysis (AMDAL) or environmental permits.
